Jace Fredenburg, Bellevue, Neb., has signed a letter of intent to play basketball at Bethany College for the 2008-2009 academic year.

"Jace Fredenburg is a tremendous signee for Bethany College and Bethany basketball," stated head coach Clair Oleen. "Jace was an All Region IV player at Southeast Nebraska Community College while leading them to the NJCAA Division II National Tournament."

Fredenburg is a 6'2", 195 lb. shooting guard from Southeast Community College. He averaged 13 points per game and also had 4 rebounds, 3 assists, and 2 steals per game.

"Jace is a very smart basketball player and a tremendous shooter who will make a real impact for us," continued Coach Oleen. "He will fit into our system very well."

Fredenburg has a 3.45 GPA. At Bethany he plans to study business management.

Fredenburg is the son of Bill and Pat Fredenburg.
