Leavenworth, Kan. - The Bethany College Baseball traveled to the right end of Kansas to face the University of St. Mary.
The Swedes would keep the Spires scoreless up until the 3rd inning. While placed in a tough predicament, they would battle back every inning of the game. The Swedes would score 6 runs throughout the game in an attempt to make up for the 10 given in the 3rd. While it was a valiant effort, it wasn't enough to comeback and the score would end 6-11 in favor of the Spires. Hunter Roe would lead the team in RBIs, have two hits, and score 1 run in his standout performance on the plate.
