Swedes Challenge at KWU Cheer and Dance Competition

Salina, Kan. - The Bethany College Cheer and Dance teams were in action on Friday at the Kansas Wesleyan Cheer and Dance Competition.

The Cheer team finished third with a score of 63 challenging the host Coyotes who finished with a score of 64.3. Friends would win the competition by collecting a score of 70.2.

The Dance team finished in second place behind host Kansas Wesleyan. The Swedes had a score of 47.65 while the Coyotes had a 68.6.

The Swedes will host the KCAC Cheer and Dance Tournament on Friday, February 19.
