SWEDES SWEEP MAVERICKS

Lindsborg, Kan. - On Wednesday February 22, the Swedes LoL team loaded in against the Colorado Mesa Mavericks for an NECC best-of-three series. The Swedes would come out victorious in the series 2-0, claimning victory in 27:05 for Game 1 and 28:38 for Game 2. The Swedes would be led across both games by Senior Top Laner Zack "Sui gënëris" Nguyen's 21-3 stat line. Second for the Swedes in the kill department would be sophomore Bot Laner Kort "Tålamod" Sjogren with a statline of 17-4.

The sweep victory would keep the Swedes undefeated NECC record alive, as they now sit at 7-0 series record with a 10-0 game count. Their next matchup will be against Northern Arizona University on Wednesday, March 8 on https://www.twitch.tv/swedesesports.
