ROBINSON MAKES ALL-CONFERENCE FIRST TEAM

Slixx, a freshman for the Swedes during the CCL Spring 2023 season, was honored as one of the top four players in the Midwest region. Slixx would post a team-leading 1459 kills, 1.33 K/D ratio, and 396 assists while leading his team to a Top-8 finish in the Midwest Region and Top-32 finish in the country. Slixx would also set several school records, most impressively his 138 kills in a series vs Southern Illinois University - Edwardsville, a National Championship LAN qualifier team. 

 

"Mason was a top recruiting priority last academic year, obviously for good reason" said Blake Mitchell, Esports Coach at Bethany College. "I could not be more proud of the work that the entire team put in this semester, driven by Mason's leadership and experience. I'm incredibly happy for and proud of Mason, for coming into the region with some of the highest caliber talent in the country as a freshman and doing his thing. Happy to see him be recognized in the way that he deserves. It's an incredible honor for the program, and especially for Mason."

 

Slixx and company look forward to the opportunity for continued improvement as he enters his sophomore season for the Swedes Call of Duty team in 2023-2024.
