Bio
Papa Assane Ndiaye was annouced as Head Coach for the Bethany College Men's Soccer team on December 17, 2021.
Before Bethany
Ndiaye has five years of coaching experience with four seasons at the collegiate level. Most recently, Coach Ndiaye was the full-time Assistant Men's and Women's Soccer Coach at Northern Oklahoma College located in Tonkawa, Oklahoma. This past year, Ndiaye helped lead the Mavericks to a 13-4-2 record, and secured the second conference championship in as many years.
In 2019, Ndiaye was the Volunteer Assistant Women's Soccer Coach at Gardner Webb University, while also being the head coach for a youth club women's soccer team in the Greater Cleveland County Soccer Association. Prior to that, Ndiaye coached a youth club men's soccer team named FC Storm in 2018. While coaching FC Storm, Ndiaye was also the Volunteer Assistant Men's Soccer Coach for Centre College, a NCAA Division III school.
Playing Career
While in high school, Ndiaye won several championships when he played for Sacred Heart High School, serving as team captain all four years. At the collegiate level, Ndiaye helped lead Centre College to the 2018 Southern Athletic Association Men's Soccer Championship. Ndiaye also assisted Gardner Webb to the 2019 Big South Conference Women's Soccer Championship game. As a professional player, Ndiaye played three seasons in France.
