Wednesday night the Swedes faced off against the Tabor Blue Jays. The game started off strong for the Swedes as the managed to end the first half 0-0. The Swedes had a total of four shots on goal in the first half taken by Skyler Armstrong and Devynn Knipp. The Swedes had 3 corner kicks in the first half taken by Alaina Strickland. Despite these opportunities the Swedes were just unlucky in their efforts to find the back of the net. Goal Keeper Mackenzie Nutter had a total of 3 saves from shots on goal in the first half.
The Swedes came out hard the second half but were broken down by the Blue jays in the 77th minute with the first goal scored. The Blue jays quickly used their momentum to secure the ball in the back of the net once again in the 81st minute. The Swedes had two shots in the second half compared to Tabor's 11. Goal Keeper Mackenzie Nutter had a total of 8 saves for the second half of the game. The Swedes fought hard but were just unlucky in their efforts against the Blue jays.
