SWEDES START OFF STRONG; FALL TO PANTHERS 42-18

LINDSBORG, KAN. – The Bethany College Wrestling team played host to the York University Panthers in the first home dual for the Swedes.

The Swedes would forfeit the first weight classes, but make up for them quickly as Braden Brimm and Nate Zabala would both win via fall to tie it up 12-12.

The Panthers would take the next five matchups (1 fall, 4 pins) to secure the victory, but Keeno Theadford would win by fall 2:22 into the contest. Bethany would lose by fall in the final class as the Panthers take this one 42-18.
