Bartlesville, Okla. – The Bethany College Swedes Men's Basketball team traveled to Bartlesville, Oklahoma to face the No. 4-ranked Oklahoma Wesleyan University (OKWU) Eagles. This week marked the first week of KCAC opponents playing each other for a second time this season.
The Swedes started off on the wrong foot beginning the game with 6 turnovers on their first 8 possessions. OKWU would remain in control from start to finish and take this one 80-65.
Maurice Cudjo II would return to the starting lineup and lead Bethany in points scored with 15. Kobe Samake Kranjc led the Swedes with 6 rebounds while Brandynn Manning facilitated the ball with 4 assists while clogging passing lanes with 3 steals.

The Swedes have a home matchup against the Bethel College Threshers. The last time these two played, the Threshers used the second half to pull away from the Swedes. Tipoff is scheduled for 8:00 PM Wednesday, January 30th following the completion of the women's contest.
